3. Chola Dal Khichuri.

3. Warm a tablespoon of oil in a pressure cooker and add spices.

5. Mix one cup of water with it and cook till two whistles or keep it under pressure for 6 minutes.

6. Once the pressure cooker has cooled, add the rice in it and cook till 1-2 whistles are read.

 4 cloves garlic, crushed

 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder

 2 tomatoes, finely diced 

 Coriander leaves

 2 soup spoons oil

1. Soak soybean pieces in hot water for 20 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the diced onion in it.

3. When the onion sprouts turn golden brown, add the ginger and garlic cloves.

4. Also add raw chili, tomato

5. Add spices and cook well. When the admixture is cooked, turn off the gas.

6. Now drain the soybean water (you can squeeze them well by using a grate to drain the water well).

7. Now mix the soybean pieces with the mixture and cook them again.

8. Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly with the ingredients in the pan so that the soybean pieces are well seasoned (you can also add a little lemon juice to it to give it a sour taste).

9. Cook the soybean pieces in a pan until they turn brown.

10. When cooked, turn off the gas and adorn it with finely diced coriander leaves and serve hot.
